Models And Trust: Highlighting Issues Across Science
This workshop brings together leading international philosophers of science to discuss important challenges in regard to models, trust, and values, including: the limitations of climate analogue models, the erosion of public trust due to polarization, the distinction between research and pseudo-research, and the pitfalls of expansive conceptions of health.
The workshop will take place in person in Hannover; the workshop language is English.

Getting to the workshop
The workshop will take place on the campus of Leibniz University Hannover in room F335 (Senatssaal) (3rd floor), Welfenschloss / University Main Building, building 1101. Click on the following link for the building location: Welfengarten 1, 30167 Hannover, Germany.

Accessibility
Building 1101 (university main building) has three accessible restrooms on the ground floor (click here for a map). If you enter one of the two main entrances from the front of the building, you will find the nearest restroom to the left (on the hallway next to the Leibniz Shop). Follow the signs for elevators to the upper floors. From the conference rooms on the upper floors, you can take the elevator to the main floor to access this restroom.
